Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TWOROW.ai mobile applications, website, and related services, including community posts, groups, events, chat, map discovery, listings, rentals, sharing, and any other features we make available (collectively, the Services).

The Services are operated by TWOROW.ai Inc. (TWOROW.ai, we, us, or our). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, business, group, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity's behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized information, impersonate another person or organization, or use another user's account without permission. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

TWOROW.ai is designed to help people discover and participate in local community activity. You are responsible for your interactions with other users, including communications, meetups, event participation, rentals, exchanges, purchases, and sharing arrangements.

We do not guarantee the identity, background, reliability, safety, legality, quality, or suitability of any user, post, listing, event, group, item, service, business, or third-party activity made available through the Services.

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services, including posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, event listings, business listings, item listings, profile information, and other materials (User Content).

By making User Content available through the Services, you grant TWOROW.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, and otherwise use that User Content as necessary to operate, improve, promote, secure, and provide the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content, and that your User Content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any person or entity.

You agree not to use the Services to post, send, promote, facilitate, or engage in any content or conduct that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

You also agree not to upload malware, scrape or collect user information without consent, interfere with the Services, bypass security measures, spam users, manipulate platform features, sell or transfer accounts, infringe intellectual property rights, promote illegal goods or services, or use the Services in a way that creates risk for TWOROW.ai, other users, or the public.

We may review, remove, restrict, hide, edit, label, or refuse to display User Content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it may violate these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or the safety or integrity of the Services.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, limit access to features, remove groups or listings, preserve information, or cooperate with law enforcement where we believe it is appropriate or legally required. We are not obligated to monitor all content or user activity.

The Services may allow users to create or discover events, meetups, groups, businesses, item listings, rentals, sharing opportunities, or other local activities. TWOROW.ai provides a platform for discovery and communication only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, TWOROW.ai is not a party to agreements or transactions between users. Users are solely responsible for evaluating risks, complying with laws, collecting or paying amounts owed, resolving disputes, inspecting items, attending events safely, and determining whether any interaction or transaction is appropriate.

You agree that TWOROW.ai is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, unsafe, defective, misrepresented, unavailable, illegal, or unsuitable items, services, events, listings, or interactions between users.

The Services are not an emergency service, public safety service, law enforcement tool, or crisis reporting system. Do not use TWOROW.ai to report emergencies or situations requiring urgent assistance. If you are in danger or need emergency help, contact local emergency services immediately.

You are responsible for using reasonable judgment and precautions when interacting with others, sharing information, meeting in person, attending events, exchanging items, or relying on information found through the Services.

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and safeguarding of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

The Services, including the TWOROW.ai name, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, interfaces, features, and other content provided by us, are owned by TWOROW.ai or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use or for approved community participation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law or authorized by us in writing.

The Services may integrate with, link to, or depend on third-party platforms, app stores, maps, analytics providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, websites, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, terms, policies, availability, security, or practices.

If you download the Services through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use may also be subject to that marketplace's terms and policies. Those marketplace providers are not responsible for the Services, their content, maintenance, support, or claims relating to the Services except as required by applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or update any part of the Services at any time, including features, content, availability, eligibility, pricing, or technical requirements. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or available at any particular time or location.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, or security.

We do not endorse or verify User Content or third-party content. You use the Services and rely on any information, interaction, listing, event, message, group, or transaction at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TWOROW.ai and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or multiple damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to TWOROW.ai for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TWOROW.ai and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, your interactions or transactions with other users, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for others or for TWOROW.ai, engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct, or if continued access would be inappropriate for safety, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through available account tools or by contacting us. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including provisions relating to User Content licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute handling, and ownership.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where the laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under consumer protection or other mandatory laws that cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, operations, policies, or legal requirements. When updates are made, we will revise the Last Updated date. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
